oven baked Gilt-poll with potatoes

Ingredients (for 2 persons)
1dcl of olive oil
0,5dcl of sunflower oil
1kg potatoes
2 pcs Gilt-poll fish aprox. 30-40dkg size each
2 cups of water
1 carrot
1/4 pcs lemon
1/4 pcs orange
2dcl water
Salt, green pepper(milled dried green peppercorns), rosemary, 4 leafs laurel

Pre-preparation:
Clean the fish
Make marinade mixure from 0,5dcl olive oil, salt, milled garlic, rosemary,lemon grass, 1/8 lemon juice
Fill Gilt-poll with marinade and pour the rest over the fish. Let it marinade for for 20minutes
Peel and chop potatoes to quarters
Clean and chop carrot to small sticks
Finishing in oven
Put rest of olive oil and sunflower oil to baking pan
Put potatoes and carrots in the baking pan.
Add salt, green pepper, laurel and mix all together
Add 1dcl water in pan, squise lemon and orange over potatoes
Bake on 200C for 10 minutes.
Add 1dcl water
Bake on 200C for 10 minutes.
Mix potatoes to unstick them from the bottom and to bake them more evenly
Put fish on top of potatoes
Rest of oil from marinade pour over the fish
Bake on 180C for 30 minutes.
Turn fish on other side and bake for additional 10-20 minutes 250C(setting the oven grill setting).
Note: baking time depends on size of the fish and oven
