Vegetable soup with noodles

Clear vegetable soup with soup noodles

Ingredients (for 4 plates of soup)
handful of soup noodles
2l water
3 carrots (middle size)
1 leaf of kale
1 parsley root
1/2 celery root
1 fresh parsley green
1 onion
1 green leave from leek onion (suggestion: make some leek stew next day with rest of the leek)
2 table spoons Sunflower oil
1/2 teaspoon milled sweet red peppers
1 drop hot tabasco sauce
Salt,parsly,5-6 mixed pepper (dried peppercorns), 5-7 mustard seeds,

Clean and chop all vegetables to big chops

Cooking the soup
Fry onion chunks on sunflower oil for just a few seconds
Add water
Add all vegetables and spices
Put on max heat until boiling
Reduce heat and cook for 1.5h
Strain vegatebles from the soup (if you wish you can put carrots directly to soup when serving.)
Put in noodles and boil until noodles are cooked
When serving put thin chopped parsley green in soup
