Pappers stuffed with cheese baked in oven

This is very nice meal

Ingredients (for 2 persons)
2 green peppers
2 yellow peppers
3 tbls of olive oil
125g fresh cheese
1 egg
2 tbls of breadcrumbs
1/2 zucchini
1 champignon mushroom
1 small onion
Some sunflower oil
1 tbls of olive oil
4 tbls sour cream
Salt, parsly, chives, green pepper(milled dried green peppercorns)

Pre-preparation:
Clean peppers and cut in two vertically.
Chop onion, zucchini and champignons to small chops


Preparing the filling
Fry onion on sunflower oil, add zucchini, add mushroom and spices. Fry until zucchini is nicely cooked.
In bowl mix fresh cheese, egg, breadcrumbs and fried vegetables.
Fill peppers with filling
Finishing in oven
Get some sunflower oil on baking pan
Put peppers inside with filling facing a top
On each pepper put one spoon of sour cream
Pour gently small drops of olive oil on top of filling.
Bake in oven on 180C for 30 minutes
Increase the temperature to 220C and bake for additional 30minutes (or until you see peppers becoming nicely roasted on edges
Serving suggestion: Serve with cooked rice with green peas
